In the last couple of weeks, several companies have contacted me to see if I had a copy of their last internal audit. The Quality Manager / Management Representative left the company and a new person has been hired and no one can find the records. Then I thought there is no way a company can replace the Quality Manager / Management Representative within 2 weeks.
